Frequently asked

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. All our workshops are designed for complete beginners — you'll be guided through every step. More experienced crafters are also welcome and will find plenty to explore.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes you don't mind getting messy — resin and wax can stain. We provide aprons, but it's always worth being cautious. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.

When do I pay?

Payment is due on the day of the workshop in cash or by EFT. Your spot is confirmed once you complete the booking form and receive our confirmation email.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the workshop. Within 48 hours, cancellations are non-refundable but you're welcome to send someone in your place.

Are refreshments provided?

+

Yes — we provide light refreshments including tea, coffee, and water. Let us know about any dietary requirements when you book.

Where is the studio located?

Our studio is based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape. Exact address details are sent in your booking confirmation email.
